Shipping policy

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom. If your destination is unavailable at checkout, we are not able to accept orders to that location yet.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and the total package weight. We use tracked postal shipping services where available.

Pre-order processing

Some items may be sold as pre-order items. For pre-orders, payment is collected at checkout. We will prepare and ship your order after the product stock arrives and quality checks are completed.

Estimated dispatch timing may be updated on the product page or by email when available.

Estimated delivery times

The estimates below apply after dispatch and are not guaranteed:

  • United States: 7-14 business days
  • Canada: 7-14 business days
  • Australia: 7-12 business days
  • Japan: 5-10 business days
  • Singapore: 5-10 business days
  • Hong Kong: 2-5 business days

Customs checks, postal delays, public holidays, weather, and local courier conditions may extend delivery times.

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and tracking link.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT/GST, customs fees, or courier handling fees charged by the destination country or courier. Unless duties and taxes are clearly shown and collected at checkout, these charges are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility.

If your package is delayed in customs, please contact your local customs office or local postal service first, as they can provide the most accurate information.

Incorrect shipping information

Please check your shipping details carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at asterion.help@gmail.com.

If your order has not shipped yet, we will try to correct the address. If the package has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the address. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Tracking issues

Tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours to update after shipment. If there is an unusually long delay, contact us at asterion.help@gmail.com.
