Please note that international orders typically process through customs specific to their destination. Each country has different customs protocols, which may result in delays. If you believe your order is being held up in customs, we recommend contacting your local shipping service for assistance.

The estimates below apply after dispatch and are not guaranteed:
- United States: 7-14 business days
- Canada: 7-14 business days
- Europe: 7-14 business days
- Australia: 7-14 business days
- Central & South America: 8-15 business days
- Asia: 5-10 business days
Customs checks, postal delays, public holidays, weather, and local courier conditions may extend delivery times.
Orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 4-7 business days.
Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and tracking link.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT/GST, customs fees, or courier handling fees charged by the destination country or courier. Unless duties and taxes are clearly shown and collected at checkout, these charges are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility.
If your package is delayed in customs, please contact your local customs office or local postal service first, as they can provide the most accurate information.
Incorrect shipping information

If your order has not shipped yet, we will try to correct the address. If the package has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the address. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Tracking issues
